Our Services

Our Services

Our services are designed to support each child's individual learning and developmental goals. Depending on the child's needs and program, support may include the following:

  • Educational Assessments

We use educational assessments to better understand a child's current abilities, learning needs, strengths, and areas where additional support may be helpful. Assessment information can guide individualized goals and educational planning.

  • Individualized Education Plans

Individualized education plans provide clear, child-specific goals and strategies. Plans should be reviewed regularly so that teaching and support can respond to the child's progress and changing needs.

  • Small Class Sizes

Smaller learning environments allow for closer attention, greater flexibility, more opportunities for participation, and instruction that can be adapted to individual learners.

  • Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy support may focus on skills that help children participate more independently in learning, play, routines, self-care, and everyday activities.

  • Speech Therapy

Speech and communication support can help children strengthen functional communication, language, speech, and participation according to their individual needs.

  • Behavior Modification Support

Structured behavioral support helps children build positive routines, participation, self-regulation, and functional skills through consistent, individualized strategies.

  • Activities of Daily Living

Children can be supported in practical skills that encourage independence and participation in everyday routines.

  • Biking & Swimming Lessons

Physical and recreational activities such as biking and swimming can provide opportunities to develop confidence, coordination, participation, and practical life skills in an engaging way.

  • Parent & Caregiver Collaboration

Families know their children deeply. Little Stars values regular communication and collaboration with parents and caregivers so goals and strategies can be reinforced across environments.

  • Ongoing Progress Reviews

Progress is reviewed regularly. At the end of each quarter, parents meet with teachers and therapists to evaluate development, review goals, identify priorities, and establish targets for the next quarter.
